IT Help was first formed in 2007 by director Ben Waywood with a focus on supporting home users with home automation, home computing and audio visual systems.
IT Help has since moved out of the residential market and followed Ben's corporate experience to offer services to the often neglected SMB market.
Our idea has progress and mature over the years, from being a Help Desk, we became a technology solutions company partnering with businesses to grow.
